The property is located on the grounds of Can Abrazzo, surrounded by nature.
Living/dining room
Bright and atmospheric living room with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all self-catering amenities. The dining table offers space for the whole party.
Bedroom
Two bedrooms with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed. Both rooms are attractively furnished with ample storage space.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Bath towels and toiletries are provided.
Outdoor space
What makes El Rincón truly special is the exceptional amount of private outdoor space. You have at your disposal two very different terraces which form a natural extension of the living space.
The first is a big covered terrace of approximately 50 m² under the old carport — a sheltered spot for long meals, relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings.
The second is a Open slate terrace of approximately 60 m² with sea view, with outdoor seating area, dining table, sun loungers and a Weber BBQ. Light, space and openness — with the sea in front of you and the sky above you.
Together, these two terraces offer a rare balance between shelter and openness, making El Rincón feel more like a private Mediterranean home than a holiday rental.
